Associate Creative Director, Growth Marketing

Chime Financial is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead a team of designers, copywriters, and video editors in producing performance-driven creative. You will act as a player-coach, conceptualizing and executing high-impact creative while mentoring your team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive performance improvements across various channels, leveraging AI tools to enhance ideation and production.

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and video editors
• Concept and execute original creative ideas and campaigns
• Drive performance improvements across paid social, organic, CTV, and print channels
• Partner cross-functionally with Channel Managers and Creative Strategists
• Champion AI-assisted workflows for ideation and production
• Ensure DR creative aligns with brand voice and identity while meeting KPIs
