Manager/Senior Manager/Associate Director - Social

WPP Media is seeking a Manager, Senior Manager, or Associate Director for their Social team in India. This role involves creating paid social media strategies, executing and optimizing campaigns across major platforms, and reporting on performance to stakeholders. The position requires hands-on experience with social media advertising and management tools, with opportunities for team leadership depending on the level.

• Create paid social media plans and campaign strategies
• Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Pinterest
• Build performance reports and deliver insights to stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and regional hubs
• Enforce platform best practices and ensure high-quality work delivery
• Experience with management and automation tools like Sprinklr, Smartly, etc.
