Marketing Operations Manager

Hire Hangar is seeking a Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Manager with deep HubSpot expertise to drive qualified pipeline for a B2B technology company. You will own HubSpot administration, lead lifecycle, and conversion tracking, ensuring all marketing programs are measured against sales-accepted leads and revenue. This hands-on role requires a data-driven and process-minded individual comfortable owning a marketing-sourced pipeline number.

• Manage HubSpot administration, lead lifecycle, and conversion tracking
• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns
• Own end-to-end conversion tracking, including UTM governance and GA4 integration
• Act as primary HubSpot Marketing Hub administrator
• Produce marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue reporting
• Plan and execute email marketing calendar and nurture tracks
