Growth Marketing Analyst

Tufts Medicine is seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to drive patient acquisition and engagement through data-driven digital marketing strategies. This role will optimize the patient journey, enhance SEO and AI readiness, and manage paid media campaigns across the full marketing funnel. You will partner with various teams to create integrated, multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies for patient acquisition and service line growth
• Optimize patient journey, content strategy, SEO, and generative engine optimization (GEO)
• Manage paid media campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and display channels
• Utilize analytics, AI, and automation to improve performance and ROI
• Partner with cross-functional teams to reduce friction in the patient journey
• Minimum 5 years of growth marketing experience, with 3 years in healthcare marketing
