Sr Manager, Lifecycle & Growth Marketing

Happen Bank is building its first centralized lifecycle marketing function and seeks a Sr Manager to own the growth marketing agenda across owned channels. This builder role will establish how growth marketing operates, driving acquisition, remarketing, cross-sell, and retention programs while strengthening member relationships. You will lead a team and leverage AI tools to define the member experience during a significant brand transition.

• Own growth marketing roadmap across owned channels (email, push, SMS, in-app)
• Lead end-to-end onboarding journey design
• Develop and manage experimentation agenda
• Build and manage performance reporting framework
• Lead and develop a high-performing Lifecycle and Growth Marketing team
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate workflows and campaign analysis
