Social Media Specialist

ICF Next is seeking a Social Media Specialist to support a public health client. This role involves daily production management, quality assurance, social media monitoring, content development, and performance reporting. You will collaborate with a team of digital media strategists to manage social media channels and drive engagement.

• Support Social Media Director in daily production management
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and route feedback
• Monitor social media channels and compile social listening data
• Assist with social media event coverage and real-time engagement
• Moderate Facebook Groups and drive engagement
• Track performance metrics and support monthly reporting
