Senior Marketing Ops Strategist

As a Senior Marketing Operations Strategist, you will provide comprehensive marketing operations support for B2B and B2C clients, managing tools and processes for lead capture, nurture, and funnel flow. You will also perform high-level sales operations tasks, build automations and dashboards for revenue teams, and advise on CRM processes. This role involves optimizing and maintaining marketing operations excellence, troubleshooting systems, and mentoring junior team members.

• Manage Marketing Automation Platform/CRM setups and migrations (primarily Hubspot)
• Clean up and optimize existing Marketing Automation Platforms/CRMs
• Strategize sales and marketing alignment automation
• Lead program strategy and implementation including ICP criteria and list segmentation
• Build dashboards within the CRM for revenue teams
• Perform high-level sales operations tasks and advise on CRM processes
