Growth Marketing Lead

Courier Health is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive demand generation, marketing operations, and events for their patient engagement software. This role will own the demand generation strategy, execute across various channels, and manage the events program to convert market interest into qualified opportunities and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS growth marketing and a proven ability to build and scale demand generation programs.

• Own demand generation strategy and execution across paid, organic, email, and events
• Manage the company's events program, including industry conferences
• Develop field marketing strategy to support pipeline generation
• Refine attribution model and reporting infrastructure
• Lead ABM programs and marketing-to-sales handoffs
• Foster a culture of experimentation and testing in B2B demand gen
