Growth Marketing Manager, AI & Paid Programs

Demandbase is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimize our paid media programs, including paid search and social, and manage our AI SDR initiatives. You will be responsible for driving pipeline outcomes, managing agency partners, and automating demand generation workflows. This role is ideal for a builder and operator who thrives on data-driven experimentation and efficiency.

• Manage paid search and paid social strategy, budget, and performance
• Oversee AI SDR campaigns and improve playbooks based on data
• Build AI agents and automated workflows to enhance demand gen efficiency
• Hold agency partners accountable for pipeline and CAC targets
• Track performance from ad platform to CRM and identify attribution gaps
• 4+ years of B2B demand gen or growth marketing experience
