Account-Based Marketing & Growth Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Account-Based Marketing & Growth Operations Specialist to manage our lead generation and business development engine. You will identify and engage high-value prospects, build the technology and data infrastructure to support our pipeline, and ensure seamless operations across our marketing and sales technology stack. This role requires a blend of marketing, research, and project management skills, with a deep understanding of Salesforce.

• Own and refine target account universe, including mapping and intelligence gathering
• Develop and operationalize ABM strategies across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many tiers
• Serve as a Salesforce power user, ensuring data quality and CRM discipline
• Manage lead lifecycle, scoring, qualification, routing, nurturing, and follow-up
• Build and optimize automated workflows using AI, intent, and enrichment technologies
• Act as operational project manager for active pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
