Lead a team of Business Development Representatives to convert marketing leads into qualified sales pipeline. This role bridges marketing and sales, focusing on driving performance in lead conversion, appointment setting, and early-stage pipeline creation. You will be responsible for team productivity, achieving KPIs, and optimizing outreach strategies to maximize marketing ROI and revenue impact.
What we are looking for
6- Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing MBDR team
- Set clear activity, conversion, and pipeline targets
- Coach reps on cold calling, objection handling, and qualification
- Own MQL → SAL conversion performance
- Establish and optimize outreach cadences and call frameworks
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
