Growth Platform Lead, Director

As the Director, MA-OTC Growth Platform, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Haleon's U.S. MA-OTC business, transforming it into a scalable enterprise growth platform. You will translate insights into clear business choices, lead cross-functional teams, and drive sustainable sales, market share, and profitability growth. This role requires strategic integration across commercial, marketing, medical, and operational functions to deliver both short-term performance and long-term value.

• Develop and execute growth platform strategy for U.S. MA-OTC business
• Translate consumer, customer, and financial insights into actionable business choices
