Senior Manager, Content Marketing (Demand Generation)

Viral Nation is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Marketing to lead content strategy and execution for demand and lead generation. You will own the end-to-end content lifecycle, from editorial vision and distribution to performance reporting, focusing on measurable pipeline growth across B2B and B2C audiences. This role requires building scalable systems for high-quality content production at speed and capitalizing on cultural moments.

• Drive content strategy and editorial calendar tied to demand-gen and pipeline goals
• Design content-to-conversion pathways and lead capture systems
• Manage and mentor content team and freelance/agency resources
• Build repeatable systems and AI-assisted processes for content production at scale
• Define and own content KPIs for lead generation and pipeline influence
• Lead integrated content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels
