About this role
Glossier is seeking a Brand Experience Lead in Los Angeles to define the brand's presence in the city. This role will ideate and execute in-store activations, events, and experiences to build community and cultural relevance, transforming the flagship into a cultural hub. You will act as a connector between brand, retail, and culture, fostering local partnerships and translating global trends into engaging moments.

- Cultivate and nurture community relationships within Los Angeles

- Oversee budgets, contracts, and on-site logistics for events
