Social Media Manager

Campfire is seeking a Social Media Manager to own our social presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit. You will develop and execute strategy, manage content programming, engage with communities, and amplify executive and employee voices. This role is crucial for building a humanized B2B brand and driving measurable results.

• Own social strategy and content calendar across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit
• Program and publish daily content, including YouTube channel operations
• Build and manage Campfire's Reddit presence and community engagement
• Run executive and employee social programs, including ghostwriting
• Manage social listening and report on channel performance
• 6+ years of B2B social media management experience with proven audience growth
