Business Manager & Marketing Operations Lead

As the Business Manager & Marketing Operations Lead, you will act as the strategic chief of staff, financial steward, and operational anchor for Citi's Retail Banking & Citigold Marketing organization. This high-impact role involves overseeing significant funding, driving marketing transformation programs, and optimizing campaign delivery workflows. You will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing investments are strategically deployed and deliver measurable ROI.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and ROI analysis for marketing investments
