SERHANT. Studios is seeking a Social Media Specialist for its New Development team to manage social media presence for multiple real estate projects. This client-facing role involves end-to-end ownership of social media strategy, content creation, publishing, and performance reporting, working closely with developer partners and internal marketing teams.

What we are looking for

Manage social media for multiple new real estate development projects
Develop and execute content calendars, ensuring brand consistency
Create, shoot, and edit organic social-first content, including short-form video
Serve as the day-to-day social point of contact for developer partners
Present strategies, manage feedback, and report on performance results
Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external stakeholders
