Director, Growth Marketing & Operations

Centri Business Consulting seeks a Director, Growth Marketing & Operations to lead marketing strategy and operations. This role will translate firm growth priorities into integrated programs, scalable processes, and actionable reporting, partnering closely with the CMO to drive revenue growth and optimize marketing impact.

• Lead integrated growth marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals
• Own marketing operations and HubSpot strategy
• Define KPIs and develop dashboards for pipeline and performance reporting
• Oversee digital marketing strategy and marketing technology ecosystem
• Lead marketing efforts for the Centri Capital Conference
• Support M&A, expansion, and strategic initiatives with marketing playbooks
