VP, Growth Marketing

As the VP of Growth Marketing, you will own and drive the company's revenue growth strategy across all channels. You will lead a team to execute paid acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and lifecycle marketing programs. This role requires a data-driven leader to build and scale growth initiatives, improve the full customer journey, and deliver executive-level performance reporting.

• Own MRR, growth, and forecast accountability for key products
• Develop and execute growth strategy across paid acquisition, CRO, and lifecycle marketing
• Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team
• Establish executive-level performance management, reporting, and analytics
• Improve the full-funnel customer journey and drive cross-functional alignment
• Drive portfolio growth across multiple product lines
