Head of Growth / Senior Growth Manager

Clera is seeking a Head of Growth / Senior Growth Manager to own demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement for our B2B software company. You will build and optimize repeatable programs across marketing, product, and sales to drive pipeline and support product launches. This role is ideal for someone passionate about user-led growth and leveraging AI to create efficient, scalable systems.

• Own demand generation, growth systems, product marketing, and sales enablement
• Build and optimize integrated campaigns for product launches and events
• Develop and scale a micro-influencer program
• Implement AI-enabled workflows and automation across marketing and sales
• 6-8 years of experience in B2B software growth or demand generation
• Proficiency with AI tools and marketing automation platforms
