Associate Merchant - Merrell

Merrell is seeking an Associate Merchant to support the execution of their North America wholesale business. This role involves managing seasonal assortments, operational tasks, and product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and commercially minded, with 1-2+ years of relevant experience.

• Assist in developing seasonal assortments for wholesale channels
• Manage operational tasks including order and sample management
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle management
• Maintain seasonal assortment tools and product information
• Prepare reports and analyze sales/product performance
• Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market readiness
