Growth Content Lead

Legion Health is seeking a Growth Content Lead to drive patient acquisition and engagement across paid channels, lifecycle marketing, and website content. This hands-on role involves developing and optimizing campaigns, communications, and web experiences based on audience and performance insights. You will be responsible for setting priorities, writing briefs, running experiments, and creating content to improve the patient journey from initial impression to completed appointments.

• Own creative strategy and execution for paid acquisition campaigns
• Maintain a bi-weekly creative testing cadence for paid channels
• Develop and optimize website and landing page content for clarity and conversion
• Plan, write, and improve lifecycle communications for key patient journey moments
• Translate audience and performance insights into actionable creative briefs
• Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering to launch and iterate on content
