• Develop and execute Service Marketing & Growth Strategy
• Analyze installed base for service contract, spare parts, and upgrade opportunities
• Create value propositions, lifecycle programs, and customer campaigns
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams on lead generation and nurturing
• Define Service Marketing KPIs and measure commercial impact
• 8+ years B2B marketing experience in industrial or capital-equipment environments
