Director of Martech

Lead the MarTech stack development and optimization for a digital identity company. This role involves integrating various marketing tools, managing data strategy, driving automation, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and data teams to build a best-in-class marketing engine.

• Own end-to-end MarTech stack evaluation, implementation, and optimization
• Lead marketing data strategy for unified customer views across B2C, B2B, and B2G
• Drive marketing automation at scale across multiple channels
• Build and govern attribution and measurement infrastructure
• Partner with engineering on data pipelines and identity resolution
• Evaluate and deploy AI/ML applications in marketing
