IndieWire: Marketing Associate

IndieWire is seeking a Marketing Associate to support marketing efforts across events, sales, editorial, and brand identity for film, TV, and entertainment content. This role involves creating marketing materials, outreach, and collaborating with various teams to promote events and content.

• Create digital invitations, RSVP materials, and signage for events
• Conduct outreach to filmmaker organizations and educational institutions
• Collaborate with sales team on media kits, pitch decks, and proposals
• Create original art, graphics, and visual assets for stories and social media
• 1+ years of experience in events or marketing, ideally in entertainment or publishing
• Proficiency in MS Office
