Join Clera's growth team as a Marketing Intern or New Graduate to build and execute repeatable marketing programs. This hands-on role involves running growth initiatives across various channels, testing hypotheses, and delivering measurable outcomes in the AI recruiting technology space.

• Run growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content, SEO, partnerships, and events
• Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, track performance metrics, and improve programs
• Plan and optimize cold email campaigns, including deliverability and sender reputation
• Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
• Create and distribute content including blogs, email, social media, and case studies
• Develop SEO through topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking
