About this role
GlossGenius is seeking an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to build and own their upmarket ABM strategy from the ground up. This role requires a strong understanding of AI-powered go-to-market workflows and the ability to design scalable personalization systems. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Product Marketing to drive pipeline growth in a hybrid, in-office environment.
What we are looking for
6- Architect end-to-end ABM strategy including account selection, messaging, and channel mix
- Design and deploy AI-powered campaign workflows for personalized outreach
- Execute integrated multi-channel ABM campaigns
- Track MQL pacing, pipeline contribution, and activation rates
- Build and run structured A/B tests to inform strategy
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing for alignment
