Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

Pearl is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to build and execute our growth strategy for professional services products, starting with Fount Legal. You will own demand generation, content creation, conversion optimization, and analytics to drive customer acquisition and revenue. This is a senior individual contributor role where you'll set strategy and personally ship high-impact work.

• Build and own growth strategy and customer intelligence
• Plan and operate demand generation across multiple channels
• Create content that acquires and educates target professionals
• Own conversion optimization and experimentation
• Manage HubSpot architecture and automation for B2P acquisition
• Develop product marketing and Sales enablement materials
