VP, Growth Marketing

HubSpot is seeking a VP of Growth Marketing to lead the evolution of their growth strategy, focusing on AI's impact on software discovery and purchase. This leader will be responsible for increasing HubSpot's visibility across search and AI platforms and driving top-of-funnel demand for SMB and upmarket businesses. The role requires a builder who will own organic search, AI visibility, performance marketing, and experimentation, working closely with global teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, Data, Finance, and Operations.
