Content Marketing Manager

GoCardless is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join their Global Growth team. This role focuses on creating content for self-serve customers to drive product usage and upsell through lifecycle communications and demand generation campaigns. You will collaborate with other content managers and growth marketers to execute the content strategy.

• Create content for self-serve customers to increase product usage and upsell
• Develop content for email campaigns, in-product messaging, and thought leadership
• Manage content calendar aligned with customer campaigns and global initiatives
• Analyze campaign data to inform and optimize content strategy
• Partner with Customer Advocacy and Product Marketing teams
• Manage external contributors for content production
