Associate Brand Manager, IMC

SharkNinja is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join their Integrated Marketing Communications Team. This role will focus on building, managing, and tracking demand plans for Cordless & Robot products, collaborating with cross-functional teams and agencies to bring launch plans to life. You will also be responsible for monitoring in-market performance and optimizing campaigns.

• Build, manage, and track demand plans for Robot & Cordless vacuum products
• Oversee media performance reporting and optimization
• Collaborate with global teams on new product launches and localization
• Analyze consumer and competitive intelligence
• Support agency briefs and manage agency coordination
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in brand strategy and communications
