Deputy Manager - Search & Performance Marketing

We are seeking a Deputy Manager for Search & Performance Marketing to own and execute our growth strategy across paid and organic search channels. You will drive continuous optimization, manage large-scale budgets, and lead a team of specialists to achieve business acquisition and revenue goals. This role requires hands-on expertise in SEM, SEO, AEO, and GEO, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and measurable ROI.

• Own end-to-end growth strategy across paid and organic search channels
• Lead SEM and SEO initiatives, including AEO and GEO strategies
• Manage and optimize large-scale digital marketing budgets and campaigns
• Drive continuous experimentation and optimization for improved ROAS and CPA
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Performance Marketing specialists
• Translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
