Part-Time Social Media Content Specialist

Greystar is seeking a Part-Time Social Media Content Specialist to create and execute engaging social media content that enhances brand awareness and customer engagement at the property level. You will partner with marketing and on-site teams to capture, produce, and publish high-quality visual content across digital platforms, traveling to properties to shoot and edit compelling photos and videos for channels like Instagram and TikTok.

• Travel to properties to capture high-quality photo and video content
• Shoot and edit compelling short-form video content for Reels and TikTok
• Operate camera equipment and stabilization tools
• Edit video content using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
• Stay ahead of evolving video formats and platform-specific best practices
• Portfolio of short-form video work required
