About this role
Glean is seeking a Community Marketing Lead to build and manage their customer community, the Gleaniverse. This role will focus on engaging admins, champions, and power users to drive product adoption, facilitate peer-to-peer learning, and foster customer advocacy. You will design and execute community programs, create feedback loops into Product and Marketing, and contribute to customer retention and growth in a fast-paced, AI-first environment.
What we are looking for
6- Own customer engagement strategy for the Gleaniverse
- Design and run community programs like office hours and webinars
- Partner with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Support
- Build feedback loops from community to Product and GTM teams
- Define and track core community health metrics
- 8+ years of experience in community management or related B2B SaaS roles
