Administrator, Partner Marketing - Norfolk

This role focuses on building awareness of health plans that support DaVita's value-based care program through direct engagement with kidney care patients and their caregivers. You will work within dialysis clinics and the local community to educate patients on health insurance options and build relationships with clinic staff and brokers.

• Represent value-based care program's affiliated health plans
• Build relationships with in-clinic staff
• Develop understanding of plan benefits and eligibility
• Partner with assigned brokers to support enrollment
• Communicate plan and program information compliantly
• Track engagement and field activity metrics
