Marketing Manager, Pursuits

TYLin is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead pursuit efforts in the NYC region. You will develop client-centric proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral, manage pursuit teams, and shape strategy from execution to completion. This role offers autonomy and the chance to collaborate with a passionate team.

• Manage pursuit team including development, mentorship, training, and hiring
• Lead end-to-end development of high-quality, strategic proposals
• Oversee schedule, budget, and quality to deliver winning pursuits
• Develop strong relationships with business leaders, technical teams, and clients
