Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Influencer Affiliates

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to scale and manage our influencer affiliate program in the US & Canada. You will be responsible for end-to-end program execution, from recruiting and managing influencer relationships to developing content strategies and reporting on ROI. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

• Scale US & CA influencer affiliate program ROI and manage relationships
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new influencer talent
• Develop editorial calendars and marketing briefs for campaigns
• Partner with media teams to amplify influencer creative across channels
• Own program reporting, budget management, and present findings to leadership
• 8+ years of influencer marketing experience in a consumer-facing company
