Plante Moran is seeking a Marketing Intern to join their Client Experience team. This role will provide hands-on experience in administering client feedback surveys, analyzing the data to identify trends, and supporting client experience improvement projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth processes and contribute to project management activities.

Support administration and execution of client feedback and survey programs
Analyze client feedback data to identify trends and opportunities
Partner with internal teams and external vendors for project coordination
Assist with preparing communications for client experience initiatives
Utilize CRM and technology platforms for data integrity and reporting
Contribute to project management activities, tracking timelines and deliverables
