Principal Growth Marketing Manager - SEO/GEO

Lead Datadog's organic growth strategy by defining and executing our content and off-page SEO initiatives. You will shape what content we create, where it lives, and how it drives discovery across traditional search and emerging AI platforms. This senior individual contributor role requires a deep understanding of content ecosystems, audience intent, and scaling organic discovery.

• Own content-led SEO/GEO strategy for measurable traffic and pipeline growth
• Define topics, formats, and ecosystems for organic discovery
• Map and optimize presence across LLM-ingested content platforms
• Design and execute comprehensive off-page strategy including link acquisition and digital PR
• Partner with Website Experience for technical SEO integration
• Evaluate emerging trends in search, AI, and content consumption
