Assistant Lead, Digital Content

Support the creation and optimization of digital content across retailer eCommerce platforms for the Pet portfolio. You will develop and execute digital shelf content to improve product discoverability and drive conversion, managing the end-to-end content process from briefing to publication and optimization.

• Develop and execute digital shelf content for key retailer partners
• Manage content projects through briefing, review, legal approval, revision, and final production
• Analyze retailer scorecards, content performance metrics, and digital shelf analytics
• Support SEO and discoverability initiatives
• Partner with Sales teams to understand retailer-specific content requirements
• Maintain digital shelf project trackers and manage workflows
