About this role

Support the HR organization by developing and executing marketing and communication strategies to enhance the talent experience. This role focuses on creating compelling, on-brand content and campaigns to strengthen HNTB’s employer brand and improve candidate and employee engagement.

What we are looking for

Manage HR-related digital platforms including career site and internal pages
Plan and create recruitment and HR marketing campaigns for talent attraction and engagement
Produce monthly internal HR newsletter and employee talent communications
Develop creative content (graphics, videos, copy) for HR initiatives
Conduct competitive talent benchmarking and market research
Track, analyze, and report on recruitment marketing campaign performance
