Senior Marketing Manager

Marsh is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for its People and Investments and Risk businesses in Canada. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to drive market presence, support growth initiatives, and deliver measurable impact through integrated campaigns and thought leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong point of view and a commercial mindset to influence stakeholders and connect marketing efforts to business outcomes.

• Lead marketing strategy for Marsh Canada's People and Investments and Risk businesses
• Partner with senior stakeholders to build annual plans and shape go-to-market strategy
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns driving awareness, engagement, and revenue
• Create and promote thought leadership and brand content
• Utilize data and performance metrics to evaluate and optimize campaign effectiveness
• Manage budgets and prioritize resources for optimal return on investment
