Onbe is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to support lead-to-MQL programs and website optimization. This role involves executing nurture campaigns, maintaining marketing workflows, and improving conversion performance across various channels. The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days onsite per week for candidates near Chicago, Philadelphia, or Dallas.

What we are looking for

Build and maintain nurture campaigns across email, chat, and automation
Support lead scoring, lifecycle management, and campaign QA in HubSpot
Manage website updates, including page edits and form checks
Coordinate with agency partners on web tasks and deliverables
Partner with Product Marketing to update website copy and content offers
Support SEO, content alignment, and website optimization efforts
