Marketing Manager

This role partners with the Diabetes Franchise Head to drive strategic transformation, business performance, and operational excellence for sustainable growth. You will shape franchise priorities, lead cross-functional programs, establish operating mechanisms, and enable data-driven decisions across Marketing, Sales, Medical, and Finance. The position requires a highly analytical and execution-oriented leader with strong consulting and transformation experience.

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives supporting franchise growth
• Drive implementation of business transformation priorities and operating model enhancements
• Develop and optimize franchise business management and operating rhythm
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reviews
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and commercial effectiveness
• Lead high-impact strategic projects sponsored by the Franchise Head
