Marketing Coordinator

Axos Bank is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to their Enterprise Marketing team. This role is crucial for managing schedules, budgets, vendor logistics, documentation, and cross-team coordination within a fast-paced corporate marketing environment.

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including invoice processing and expense tracking
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics across marketing leadership and stakeholders
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and agency partners
• Compile and format recurring reporting packages and prepare PowerPoint materials
• Support onboarding logistics and coordinate team events
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role
