About this role

AssetWatch is seeking a Senior Manager, SEO/AEO to build and own the organic search channel from the ground up. This role is responsible for developing and executing the full SEO/AEO roadmap, including keyword architecture, content strategy, and technical SEO requirements, with a focus on driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth. You will be the internal expert on Answer Engine Optimization, ensuring visibility in AI-generated search results.

What we are looking for

Own organic-sourced MQLs, pipeline value, and influenced revenue targets
Develop and maintain full keyword architecture and search strategy
Lead Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) efforts for AI-generated answers
Define and implement technical SEO specifications
Create content strategy and detailed content briefs
Analyze performance data and report to Director of Demand Generation and CRO
