Director, Content Marketing

Gorgias is seeking a Director of Content Marketing to rebuild and lead their content strategy. This hands-on role will focus on brand, thought leadership, social, and community content, leveraging AI to drive production and amplification. The goal is to evolve content to support the company's move upmarket and its AI-first platform.

• Own content marketing strategy and execution across brand, thought leadership, social, and community
• Build AI-powered workflows for content creation and production
• Drive content amplification across social media, communities, search, and AI answers
• Create content for enterprise buyers and complex purchase decisions
• Partner with demand gen, PMM, and leadership to align content with company strategy
• Hire and manage a social media/community teammate
