Growth Marketing (Sr Manager - Sr Director)

Compound is seeking a Growth Marketing leader to own and scale our full-funnel client acquisition strategy. You will build and manage a multi-channel growth engine, driving measurable results from initial touchpoints through to funded client relationships. This role also involves scaling our advisor acquisition efforts and establishing robust growth analytics.

• Own full-funnel client growth model and acquisition targets
• Develop new acquisition channels beyond organic content
• Scale demand engine for advisor acquisition
• Establish attribution and growth analytics
• Track record of scaling customer acquisition with revenue growth
• Strong quantitative and technical skills with a hands-on approach
