What we are looking for

Own and evolve the Ashley Furniture CRM program
Grow consumer revenue through email, SMS, and lead capture strategies
Manage high-volume email and SMS campaigns
Oversee technical and operational aspects of the ESP platform (Zeta)
Develop and lead a team of three CRM professionals
Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, data, creative, and product teams
