Proposal Coordinator - AEC Industry

BRAVO Group is seeking a Proposal Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience in the AEC industry to join their Marketing and Business Development team. This role involves developing compelling proposals, contributing to graphic design, and managing social media content to secure new business.

• Collaborate with technical staff to produce high-quality proposals
• Write and design presentations, proposals, and qualification materials
• Lead and participate in strategy, kick off, and review meetings
• Create, post, and manage content on BRAVO's website and social media platforms
• Capture and edit photographs and videos for marketing use
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and Microsoft Office required
